The fitting decides how long the stone stays unmarked. On keys it is ground against metal, dropped on pavements and pushed into pockets. On a phone strap it hangs free and touches almost nothing.
If the piece is meant to last unmarked, take the phone fitting. If it is meant to be used and to acquire marks, keys are fine and the wear reads as history on stone in a way it does not on resin.
Almost every mahjong trinket is moulded resin, which feels exactly like what it is. Stone has weight for its size, stays cool in the hand, and carries a grain that differs from piece to piece.
That variation is the material rather than a fault. No two are alike, and expecting uniformity will disappoint.
Jade covers two distinct minerals across a wide range of grades and treatments. The supplier provides no certification for this piece, so it should be read as a jade charm rather than as a certified stone of a stated grade.
At this price that is the honest description, and it is better said than implied.

Small pieces, big difference

Miniature tiles strung on elastic or mounted in a chain, worn at the wrist. It is the most exposed way to carry the motif, which is why bracelets are almost always resin. Circles read as coins, bamboo as the sticks that once counted them, characters as the numbers themselves. Above the suits sit the winds and the dragons, which order the seats and the rounds. A tile is small, and small work is slow work. Stone has to be sawn, shaped, faced and polished, and a flaw shows itself only once cutting has started.
