Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time: 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Mountain Time are processed the following business day.
Estimated delivery: 10-25 days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, or because of carrier or customs delays outside our control. Your tracking number is the most accurate guide once a parcel is moving.
Orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. A single order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of items it contains.
US orders carry no additional customs charge.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 48 hours to show its first scan.
Contact us at contact@themahjongsection.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
You may cancel before your order is prepared for shipment, in practice, within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address is incorrect and the parcel has already been dispatched, delivery may fail. Contact us as soon as you notice, and we will help where we can.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately. If it was left in your absence, email us photographs of both the packaging and the product.
