You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Complete sets carry no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days.

Email contact@themahjongsection.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with confirmation before you send anything back, so that your parcel can be matched to your order.

Please write to us before posting a return. A parcel that arrives without a confirmed return reference takes longer to match to an order, and therefore longer to refund.
We do not operate a store or a walk-in counter at this address.

For some lower-value items, returning the parcel costs more than the item is worth. In those cases we may simply refund you and ask you to keep or dispose of the item. We will tell you if that applies to your order.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Tiles travel in bulk and a cracked or chipped tile is the most common issue we see. Photograph the tile beside the box it came in and we can usually resolve it in one exchange of emails.
To be refunded or exchanged, an item must be unused, free of marks or stains, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Please include your order number in the parcel or in your email, you do not need to print anything.
Once your return arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take several days more to show the credit.
Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our fault, a defect, a wrong item, or damage in transit. They are not refunded for a change of mind.
Exchanges are offered for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 14 days. We ship the replacement once the return is confirmed.
If your refund has not appeared after the timeframe above, check your bank statement, then contact your card issuer, posting times vary between banks. If it still has not arrived, email us and we will trace it.
