Where to start, by question

My order has not arrived. Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation first: tracking can take 48 hours to show its first scan. Delivery takes 10 to 25 days after dispatch. If that window has passed, write to us with your order number.

I want to return something. Email us before sending anything back. Returns posted without prior confirmation cannot be matched to your order. You have 30 days from delivery, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

A tile is chipped or missing. Write within 14 days with a photograph of the problem and one of the shipping label. We cover return shipping when the fault is ours.

Which set should I buy? Tell us how your table plays and we will say what we would pick. If you would rather work it out yourself, the variant quiz takes four questions.

When does the new card come out? Each April. We track it on our 2027 card page, and we will email you once, when ordering opens.

This is our registered business address, and the address returns are sent to. Orders ship from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses, so a return does not travel back the way it came. Please write to us before posting anything, so that we can match your parcel to your order. We do not operate a store or a walk-in counter here.
