Payments Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank converts the amount and may add its own conversion fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place the order. You receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been authorised.

Payment security

Payments are processed over SSL by our payment providers. Complete card details are never stored on our servers.

If a payment fails

Check the card number, expiry date and security code.
Check the billing address matches the one your bank holds.
Confirm sufficient funds are available.
Your bank may have blocked the transaction, a quick call usually clears it.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct it. We will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on your delivery address.
